Presentation

All projects must be started and finished between July 2022 and December 2023. All entries submitted, must adhere to the required specifications for the images as requested on the online entry form. (10 images in high-resolution that highlights key areas of the projects).

All entries and Category Winners will be showcased at the upcoming Annual SAPOA Convention taking place from the 03 – 05 September 2024 at Sun City. Overall Winners will be announced at the Convention Dinner.

SAPOA reserves the right to publish or exhibit any or all of the entries, excluding any material which the applicant indicates as being confidential and which is clearly marked as such.

Publication

All awards are featured in the 2024 SAPOA Innovative Excellence coffee table book.

Media & Brand Exposure

• Referencing in post press-releases,
• All category entries will be showcased at the SAPOA Convention, during the plenary sessions,
• The Category Winners will be showcased during the Plenary Sessions,
• The Overall Winners at the Convention Dinner Exposure via international affiliates of SAPOA.

How to Enter

Entry fees for the amount of R23 000 (excluding VAT) is payable to SAPOA within 14 days of entry submission.
Entry fees for the amount of R5 250 (excluding VAT) for Rural and Small-Town entities is payable to SAPOA within 14 days of entry submission.
