• All projects must be started and finished between July 2024 and March 2026.
• All entries submitted must adhere to the required specifications for the images as requested on the online entry form.
• 10 images in high-resolution that highlight key areas of the projects.
• SAPOA reserves the right to publish or exhibit any or all the entries, excluding any material which the applicant indicates as being confidential and which is clearly marked as such.
• All awards are featured in the 2026 SAPOA Innovative Excellence coffee table book.

Entry fees for the amount of R25 000 is payable to SAPOA within 14 days of entry submission.
Entry fees for the amount of R5 780 for Rural and Small-Town entities is payable to SAPOA within 14 days of entry submission.
