Presentation

• All projects must be started and finished between July 2023 and December 2024.
• All entries submitted must adhere to the required specifications for the images as requested on the online entry form.
• 10 images in high-resolution that highlight key areas of the projects.
• All entries and Category Winners will be showcased at the upcoming Annual SAPOA Convention during the plenary sessions on 01 October 2025.
• Overall Winners will be announced at the Convention & Awards Dinner taking place on 02 October 2025.
• SAPOA reserves the right to publish or exhibit any or all of the entries, excluding any material which the applicant indicates as being confidential and which is clearly marked as such.
• All awards are featured in the 2025 SAPOA Innovative Excellence coffee table book.
• Referencing in post press releases.

How to Enter

Entry fees for the amount of R24 000 (excluding VAT) is payable to SAPOA within 14 days of entry submission.
Entry fees for the amount of R5 550 (excluding VAT) for Rural and Small-Town entities is payable to SAPOA within 14 days of entry submission.
